Guam Body Institute Holiday Glam & Sculpt Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All entries must be received by 23:00 on December 07, 2025. One (1) winner will be randomly selected on December 08, 2025, and notified on or after this date.

Eligibility

  • Giveaway is open exclusively to residents of Guam.

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Winner must present a valid Guam ID.

  • Employees of Guam Body Institute, its partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Each participant must complete all steps on Instagram to be entered:

  1. Follow @guambodyinstitute, @omisaol, and @byclayjosh

  2. Like the official Holiday Glam & Sculpt Giveaway post & tag a friend in the comments.

  3. Share the post in stories and send the screenshot with Guam Body Institute for extra entries. 

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. 

Winner Requirements

  • Winner will be selected at random using a random number generator.

  • Winner must sign a media release for posting on Guam Body Institute, Omisaol Sartain, and Clay Josh’s Instagram.

  • Winner will be disqualified if entry steps 1 & 2 are not followed.

Liability & Acknowledgements

  • Instagram is not affiliated with, involved in, or responsible for this giveaway.

  • Guam Body Institute and all participating giveaway partners (including but not limited to Omisaol Sartain and Clay Josh) are not liable if the prize becomes unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, or if entries are not received due to technical or other issues.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Guam Body Institute and participating parties shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, or expense

    • Any failure of performance, entry submission issues, or technical difficulties

    • Any loss arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize

  • Liability, if any, will be limited to the cost value of the prize.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable.

  • No cash alternative is available.

  • If any prize element becomes unavailable, Guam Body Institute reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.

Personal Information

  • The winner’s name, contact information, and social media handle may be required for prize fulfillment purposes.

  • Winner’s name and/or social media username may be shared on Guam Body Institute’s social media platforms after selection.

Right to Amend or Cancel

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, Guam Body Institute and participating giveaway partners reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
